Starting again.
Morning all.
So Ive lost weight on atkins style diets before but I began to have a foot issue which put excercise to a deadstop and I think the sadness of losing my stress releasing zumba class, along with other personal issues started an out of control eating spiral and weight return.
After a doctor visit where I found out my blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure were all borderline high Ive decided even though Im still in a funk I must begin again. Im nearly fifty, single and work a lot of hours so its hard for me to prioritize my eating, however, I can eat the same thing for days without getting bored.
Does anyone have any tips on getting a fast early result that would encourage me to keep on keepin on?
