Hi! Doing the ease in faze now. Just don’t understand the set up of calories and macros anyone else have suggestions what numbers to put in?

    Debbie I put current weight, goal weight, activity level, goal for how much I want to lose per week, which plan I wanted to follow (for me keto 70:25:5) and the app calculated everything.

    Some people miss the drop down menu it seems when chosing a plan for losing weight. Go back in to start up and you should find it. :)
