Hit a stall- so religiously tracking carbs

I had a doozy of a time w my goal of 25 yesterday so I upped it.  Today I’m at 20 and I feel fine- that’s cream & 1/4 cup blueberries.  Live my blueberries and latte in the morning.  I feel hopeful.  I lost 1:4 lb and I had 42 carbs yesterday?!

  • Blueberries with cream sounds delicious! I’m doing the same. I’m going to try tracking total carbs again for awhile to see if it helps me break the stall.

    ReturnOfTheSnack it’s funny - I really have quite adapted to this style of eating- 1/4 cup blueberries w cream and cocoa and coconut oil is better than any ice cream I ever had - it’s all very nutrient dense and very satiating unlike sugary foods.  Good luck to u 2
