You will probably still be in Ketosis if you go over your carbs by a gram or two. None of us hit our numbers perfectly. In the beginning, I focused on my carb and calorie goals while I learned to balance the rest. You should lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume. Give yourself a chance to adjust to Keto and know that it gets much easier after you become fat adapted. The results are well worth the effort.
