Howdy Yall

Just realized there was a forum section with this app.  This is going to be a great resource.  Started Keto a week ago after prodding from my Doc.  My A1C was through the roof and she threatened to put me on insulin if I didn't get it under control.  In the meantime she threw a whole host of meds on me which make me feel nauseated all the time. 

I have done  diet like this before and am pretty well educated on the Keto lifestyle.  What happened was I let one cheat day turn into many.  Next thing you know, BAM!!  

I continue to learn each and everyday.  I look forward to chatting with everyone and hopefully can get some much needed support.  I promise to offer support and kind words!! Thanks y'all from DFW, Texas!
