Confused
I have been on keto for a month. Lost 6# so far. Iam diligently tracking my foods honestly and have my Fitbit synced to the program. I am confused about the charting do I use the sub totals or the totals which include deductions for evercise as my daily intake.
Also I am really able to stay in my daily carb target but having a hard time keeping my protein and fat low enough. Everything I have read says to ditch all the low fat foods - like low fat milk or low fat yogurt etc. I am still struggling with hunger
