Sean, #1 keep carbs low <50 total grams. #2 meet your protein goal, protein is filling. #3 too much dietary fat and your body will use that for energy instead of body fat. #4 set a calorie deficit. I’d also advise you to do clean Whole Foods Keto not dirty or lazy Keto. Fats should come from healthy sources not a lot of dairy fats . Avocados, nuts, seeds, real butter, Greek yogurt, olive oil. Lots of approved veggies and salad. Good luck!
