I don't know if this would help, as it's not really sharing per se, but my wife and I added each other as friends in the community section and we can copy meals from there. Also, I'm able to add recipes into "my foods" and she can see them as well. (That, or "quick find", one or the other but not both.)

I had the same question and under Community > Friends & Family I can see my wife’s account. From there, I can see a link to “Copy All To...” to copy the entire day’s meals, but I’m hoping for a way to copy an individual meal, or even and individual item within a meal.
Does that exist and I haven’t found it yet?

M Markham I don't see it for meals, but an individual item you select the item and then at the top right is the vertical three dot menu. Click the menu and then Share Food. Also, I don't see this available from the web, but the iPhone app has it.
