I hear ya and I'm almost in the same boat. 2 years ago I was 5lbs away from my goal weight after losing 40lbs. Fast forward to now, I've gained 62lbs from the cycle of keto eating for 3-4 days and then completely losing it and binging on carbs for 2-3 days. I'm trying to stay on track this time but had some mac&cheese with 3 chocolate chip cookies for supper.
I just can't seem to kick the carbs this time and I keep getting bigger & bigger. I have to be doing something wrong, probably not enough fat, salt and water. Oh well, will keep plugging away, one of these days keto will stick lol!
