cheat cheat cheat

I’ve started a form of low carb diet several times and then I cheat. 2 years ago I almost met weight goal then suddenly I was off track. Now trying to start again.

    Its not easy and things happen.  You cant change the past but you can do something now. Good luck

  • I hear ya and I'm almost in the same boat. 2 years ago I was 5lbs away from my goal weight after losing 40lbs. Fast forward to now, I've gained 62lbs from the cycle of keto eating for 3-4 days and then completely losing it and binging on carbs for 2-3 days. I'm trying to stay on track this time but had some mac&cheese with 3 chocolate chip cookies for supper.

    I just can't seem to kick the carbs this time and I keep getting bigger & bigger. I have to be doing something wrong, probably not enough fat, salt and water. Oh well, will keep plugging away, one of these days keto will stick lol!

    Flashlight hi its so difficult to break a habit but you did it before and did really well so you know it works ,  and you can do it again but  you just have to be strict easy said than done
