low carb vs keto

So I'm watching my carb intake and mine is around 60mg daily.  I know for some of you that's too high but I just started last week.  I weigh 298.  How much should I decrease weekly?  Or is 60mg ok for weight loss?

    You will definitely lose weight if you eat at a caloric deficit. Low carb is good too & you don’t have to be fully in ketosis to see benefits of a low carb diet. It will help reduce hunger & balance your hormones.

    Hi Im just starting out again. I tried a year ago and didnt lose any weight but got lots of mental clearity. I quit trying in April as I was in the hospital and didnt have much food choices. Just gave up after that. I decided to try low carb at 50g a day and see where this takes me. Today is day 1. I wish you the best. Good luck with your health and weight loss.😀
