I agree this way of eating is crazy good! I lost 15 kg in 2 months. I believe that’s 33 pounds. I am a fifty year old woman and not anywhere near menopause I just discovered! My last baby was when I was 44 and my doc just informed me to be careful as I could become pregnant still. When menopause does finally hit, perhaps weight loss will become problematic, I don’t know.... but hopefully I will long be at my goal by then. So I wonder how much difference hormones really make? I’ve read some people say women shouldn’t fast the way men do but Dr Fung argues these myths and I fast just fine plus find after going keto that fasting is as easy as falling off a bike.

Badmojomn badmojomom I don’t know if this would be a good thing for you to try but whenever I have found the weight not budging (after say three weeks or more) I have a free day. Eat whatever I please and enjoy myself. I give myself a time limit. Then next day my weight can be up as much as a kg but it comes off again plus extra and gets me off the number I was stuck at. It works really well for me but... may not be a good thing for everybody since we are all so different.
