Been on this diet for five weeks with miraculous results. I love it so far and it has been easy to follow for me. I found I love a large chef salad and raw veggies for breakfast. I don’t feel any desire to snack or eat again until evening when I have a hot meal. I have no problems staying within my limits, and in fact usually come in a little under. I have about 65 pounds to lose but I feel so good I haven’t stepped on a scale. To see my blood sugar hover around the normal range instead of 300-400 has convinced me. Today for the first time in a year I’m taking my border collie for a short walk!
