Well when I started this last year , I had no problems giving up the carbs but lately I am struggling. What helps you guys ?

Vigilance, I keep trying. Some days I fall short. I know we are heading in the right direction. It helps me to be honest with myself. I review the breakdown of the current day. I look to see what changes I can make for the next day. I ask questions.
