High fat
Curious if anyone has trouble constantly going over their fat intake? I’ve been in ketosis for the past couple days but always find I go over my 117 allotted grams a day. I do tend to eat avocado, cream and cheese daily. Anyone have this issue? Does it affect your health or weight loss?

The key to keto is low-carb, moderate-protein, and high-fat. Every person needs a different amount of fat and calories. If you are in ketosis, that's a good sign. Just make sure that you aren't replacing protein with fat, you still need it in moderation. Over time, your body will adjust and you will need less food to make you feel full!
