Newbie here and a little lost.

Hi guys! So I’m excited to start this journey with you all, but what I’m confused about is how many net carbs I truly should stay under? Should I start with some leverage and then work my way down?

    Aim for under 25. Some days you’ll manage it and some days you won’t. Just the supplements I track add up to 9. Add some healthy veggies and you’re at your limit! But the weight comes off! I was surprised that I  don’t really miss the bread, potatoes or sugar but it’s the FRUIT I miss the most. Even 1/4 cup is a splurge!

  • Generally what you would take in regarding carbs would ultimately depend on you. I always recommend staying under 20. It's almost impossible to ingest zero carbs, but as long as you stay in that range with complex carbs you should be alright.
