Hubby and I are going back on Atkins, or maybe just straight ketogenic. We're in induction right now, but I'm leaning toward staying ketogenic. We'll see. Anyway, I've done Atkins before--back in 2000'ish?--and lost a lot of weight and got fairly close to my goal, then over time pretty much stopped eating right. Hubby and I have tried to go back low-carb a couple of times and just never really stuck. But over the past year, we pretty much have both felt bloated, fat, and definitely not sexy :-p
Loving the app so far, and the community seems awesome!
