Headaches?

I’m in my fourth week of low carb eating. I’m usually around 30-40 carbs a day. Up until now I’ve been fine. But the last 4 days or so I’ve been getting headaches. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas as to why? I make sure I drink 8 glasses of water also...

    julie573294222 Yes! I did about that time I think it’s the true fat adaption coming in and raging keto flu. For me the headaches lasted a few weeks but then the fat really started to roll off me. Make sure your drinking your coffee mugs of salty broths and maybe add a little extra fats off the books” so to speak. I think your turning that awesome point even though you may not feel awesome. You may even experience a lot of fatigue and pure doggy feeling like hangover. Your almost there, keep up the great work! Soon your will be truly fat adapted and feeling really good!

  • I know that my first month was ROUGH! Last month though -10 lbs. most of those the first 2 weeks the -0- weight loss . Stopped weighing and re-measured. To my great delight -13.5 inches gone and 5 of those were Off my waist. Let’s refuse to quit!!
