Do these macros seem right?

When I ask CM to help me determine my macros, this is what it came up with.  Actually, it said 16 carbs to lose 1.5 lbs. a week, (but I bumped it to 20 because I'm starting for the 5th or 6th time and I'm not sure I can go as low as 16)and the comp adjusted others accordingly.   Something seems off.  Is the protein level too high?  Thanks

  • Yes the % look correct. They are based on the calories recommended. Calories are based on your current weight & how fast you want to lose. 

  • But if you wanted to double check you could run it through another carb calculator like (mariamindbodyhealth or ketogains)
