I lost 6 lbs in 5 days and now on day 9 lost another pound. The last few days I thought I was being good entering my food to balance out my macros, but I was eating to much protein. Friday I hit it perfectly, Sat. blew up on protein. So my new goal is to use the Friday "menu" or as close as I can to get it right. I weigh everything right down to pork skin breading, because I want this to work (this time). Good luck and I know you can do :)
