10 days into keto

My name is Julie and I am 53 years old and 185#.  The carb manager app is vastly different from other keto calculators I have used and I am trying to figure out what's up.  I am having no trouble keeping my carbs under 20g per day and have little hunger and feel energetic.  I have only lost one pound.  Carb manager says I need to eat 2015cal per day with  157fa/126pro recommended.  The other keto calculator  recommending 1437 cal per day  117fa/72pro.  Not sure how to proceed on this one.  I am fine with a 1lb. weight loss per week but it was my understanding that usually at the beginning there was more.  Only weighing myself once per week.  I feel good though and am hiking 90 per day 4-5 times per week.  Any smart people out there??

    I am 69 and once you hit 50 things in our body change. It’s a bit harder to lose. I changed my calorie intake and have done much better. I am about 12lbs from goal. I know we are supposed to be happy but to me it’s kinda scary. Just keep going it will come off.

    Hi Julie, go to top left and tap the drop down menu. Scroll down to setup and tap now go through the menu settings until you get to step 3. Now you hit the drop down and tell it how much/fast you want to lose. The default is maintain weight, that is the reason you have a higher cal count. I started with the setting -05 .  I am 55 years old 5’ 7’’ 195 pounds started 4 weeks ago and dropped 10 pounds this morning 184.6 so good luck 👍
