Hi I'm new here as well! I need to get my but in gear and really change the way I eat and start exercising again! I have a 15month Old so I need to stop with the excuses just because I want him to eat well I need to do it too! I'm at 150 but I'm 5'0, I'd be happy at 120-130, but want to be strong and gain muscle and get back into running!

jobes11 wouldn't dream of interfering with your long term plans but going Keto is enough for our minds & bodies, starting exercising again involves more complex approach to carbs ~ from what I have read, I am no expert.
