New to Keto

I need to loose a good 200 pounds. Any secrets to this keto thing anyone would like to share. Iโ€™m taking all advice ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

    Start slow be patient. Make your meals in morning. Make sure you have fat. MCT C8 goes directly to blood stream and A good olive oil and stay as far away from vegetables oils as possible. Every 3 dayโ€™s take a carb you like away. When you get to under 30 carbs a day then start breaking down your meals and times. I  take my meal I made for day and break it down to 6 small meals. As it takes about a week and you will be satisfied throughout the day. Go to Bob Proctor law of  attraction and learn about your paradigm. This is key you have to change your mindset. Anything you do for 21 day WILL BECOME a Habit. Light exercise at first 30 min walk or treadmill start at 15 min then in about 3 to 5 day go to 20 and so on. Most importantly close your eyes take 3 deep Breaths relax and pitcher how you want to look. After 50lb lost then you will need to weight train again slow slow slow at first. Each week Progress to a little more weight. Band can only do so much. The more muscle you build the faster your wait will come off. And it will help with sagging skin. It is a commitment. change your mindset and you can do anything ;-) I struggled my whole life with weight Iโ€™m 50 I have lost 90 pounds and now bodybuild. NEVER GIVE UP be patient it does not happen over night.  You can do anything you want. Believe in yourself.
