I have the same question! It says it focuses on the calories, but it at least doubles and sometimes triples my total carb amount and doesn’t reach my fat or protein amounts. I don’t think that will work for weight loss, will it? I want to know how to adjust it to focus on carbs and not calories. But maybe I don’t understand the diet well enough and I SHOULD be looking at calories over carbs. I’m confused and getting quite frustrated. I hope someone sees this thread and can help us out.
