Hungry!!!

I'm 2 days into my 3rd week and I'm finding myself hungry all day...I've been able to stay under my carbs but for the past few days I've been going over my fats and protein bc im just so hungry. I was fine until a few days ago and I'm not really doing anything different besides drinking more water and adding sea salt to my avocado. What am I doing wrong?
