Fitbit and Carb App

Excercise Carbs and Fitbit! I am not losing weight and I am way below all macros! My exercise reduces everything carbs, calories etc.. so I am well below but am not losing can someone explain please what the issue is!!

  • I’m in the same boat. Macros look right. I’m burning around 800 cal with my daily workouts, & nada. The only thing I can think is that my body got comfortable at this higher weight & I’ll just have to stay consistent for a long time before my body gets with the program. So that’s what I’ll do. 🤷🏻‍♀️
    also, I’m only 2 weeks in. If I don’t loose weight in a month, I’ll look at adjusting things. Good luck! Post if you come across some good information?
