Struggling reaching fat goals.

Can you please give me some tips on what I can eat when I only need to reach my fat goal?

    whatever i am going to eat i put it in my day ahead of time. Then i can see if I'm going over , If so i take it out, Create your meals and drinks ahead of time until you get the hang of what your eating.
