What am I doing wrong?
Hi all, I lost a lot and fast on Atkins years ago, now I am really struggling to see the scale move down. I am combining IF with keto and my test strips are in the moderate to dark every evening.
I have my first meal noon to 1- either 3 egg omelet with bacon or chicken sausage; Some days I will have a burger, no bread 1 slice munster cheese, no condiments. My second meal is baked or grilled, chicken, porkchop, or steak, a cup of salad or low carb veggies
I drink tons of water, and seltzer, no caffine, no dairy, take multivitamin, D3, and collagen
I started June 22 but didnt get on the scale until July 6. So I don't know what I might lost initially.
2 weeks ago I was 243.6 I weigh every morning, and I have bobbled from starting weight to 240.2 and then back up to 243 or 241.6 this am.
what am I doing wrong ? I eat until satisfied, I am not hungry. I am going to stick it out as I see no other choice, I am moderately active, retired but busy in the house, yard and garden most days

+1 for @radiohead's comment. With the exception of 2 mugs of coffee with butter in the morning, I usually don't eat until at least 11am and sometimes as late as 2pm. I don't eat anything after 6pm most days so that's roughly 17-20 hours without food (other than the buttered coffee). My progress so far is -21 lbs in 55 days while on keto.
