Too much food!

I’m having trouble meeting my fat and protein macros. Do I need to eat all my calories if I keep my carb ratio low as well? I’m just not hungry enough to try to fit in more, fat is especially difficult. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 😊

    I am using the old Atkins Diet Revolution and it says not to eat if you are not hungry

    You dont have to meet your fat or protein. Fat is there to help fill you. try to even it out. keep your carbs low.  dont eat if you are not hungry. The fat is to fill the hunger.
