Many things to consider. Like body fat%, which gets very little discussion on here. If it is low, you don't have much fat to convert. Also, you're only looking at a 13 lb drop, which isn't much. As people get closer to their goals, it's harder to lose. If you're converting fat to muscle via exercise, you may see very little change on the scale, but you should see it in how clothing fits and in the body fat%. Also, what is your calorie deficit set at?
