At A Stall
Hello Everyone, I started at 230 in June 2017. To date I have lost 25 lbs and my blood sugars have dropped as well. I find this way of eating very easy to follow - who does not like bacon. I keep my carbs below 20 gums/day and fats usually 65% of daily intake.
But now I have hit a stall. I have been unable to do any kind of excercise due to back and foot surgeries. I also usually eat only once or sometimes twice a day - my appetite has really diminished.
So while I sit here, I will go on chop meat and butter for a few days then eggs and bacon for a few more and hopefully break the log jam.
