1st day

Good morning! 

My name is Sherri and Today is my first day on the ketogenic plan. I've been reading up on it all week so I have a good idea of what to plan.  I am going to have a difficult time getting in all my fat, as I am not used to that.  I really am going to follow this to the letter and I am promising myself that I am not going to go over 20 g of carbs a day. I'm going  to reinforce that promise every morning!  It seems that after the first two weeks it gets a little easier. I know I can get through two weeks! I enjoy reading all your posts and tips, they keep me motivated.

    🙌 so nice to meet you & great start ~ your reading & planning fills me with confidence for you. A lot come & go quickly, ‘giving it a try...’ I couldn’t do that to myself. I need to think about such an undertaking. The reason it gets easier after becoming Keto then fat adapted approx 2-4 weeks ~can vary, is the hunger goes. Meanwhile feed it with the right foods and relish the new tastes ( forgotten tastes often).
