Constipation 😳
Hi I’m new to keto, been doing it since Wednesday (really loving it) but am feeling fairly constipated! Have been drinking plenty of fluids but I think my body is missing my usual 2 slices of whole meal/granary bread or cereal per day! Any good higher fibre/low carb suggestions please

What works best for me is a nice large serving of sauerkraut. Delicious and effective. On a daily basis I eat about 3 cups of spinach, and I take a magnesium supplement and a fiber capsule. The suggested serving size on these psyllium husk fiber capsules is 20 a day (!?!), but one a day seems to be enough.
