I used to make fat bombs with coconut butter 2 Net Carbs each.
I would melt salted butter in a small sauce pan and stir & cook till the butter was browned. Then I would add coconut butter (not oil). Stir together till smooth and sweeten with liquid stevia. Pour into a silicone mold and freeze.
The ratio was equal parts salted butter & coconut butter. I don’t remember how much liquid stevia. I would spoon 2 Tbs into each mold. You can also use foil cupcake liners.
3/4c salted butter
3/4c coconut butter
makes 12 fat bombs.
