You don’t give us enough information to accurately determine your carbs. Suffice to say, however, if you enter your height/weight, weight loss goal, etc., in the settings, CM will automatically compute your macros, including carbs.
You might also verify that you’re tracking Total Carbs rather than Net Carbs. A lot of folks opt to go with Net Carbs. However, I think that leaves one open to having too many carbs sneaking in. I suggest that Total Carbs is more accurate. It’s certainly a more strict way to go, but by eliminating any flex in carb intake, you have less variables to worry about when determining your progress. I’d offer that you go with Total Carbs.
That said, 14 Total Carbs isn’t too bad. I’m a 63yo male (6’1”, 200-lbs down from 275 when I started Keto a year ago); my carb limit is set at 18 Total Carbs. It took a little bit to adjust, but in my opinion, it’s the best health thing that’s happened to me.
Keep it up!
