Keto chicken and avocado salad

- small avocado 1
- green olives 3

- Extra virgin olive oil 10ml

To make this keto chicken and avocado salad I used a cooked (boiled) chicken breast that I had from a previous preparation. However, we can start from scratch by cooking the chicken breast in boiling water for 40 minutes.
Once we have the chicken breast cooked and cold or warm, we shred it into small strips. Cook an egg for 8 minutes in boiling water and cool.
In a container, mix the chicken breast with a small avocado or half of a large one in cubes, after removing the shell and bone. Add the chopped egg and the pulp of the chopped green olives.
Season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. We mix and ready to consume.
