Muscle gain

Hey I just finished a 6 week challenge at my local gym where I used a diet plan they gave me (high protein, low fat, a certain amount of carbs were allowed) to lose 5% of body fat. I ended up losing 6.4% body fat and 12.5lbs of pure fat. Now I want to increase my muscle but maintain my current size. I have no idea how to do this since the gym charges a ton for membership and won’t help me with an advanced diet plan unless I continue with them. Any pointers?

    Select bodybuilding macros in the setting tab and follow that.

    I am doing  cycle of 16 weeks and taking 500mg test/week and 30mg dbol perday for 6 weeks.

    By no means do I recommend this at all, I am just sharing what i am doing to lose fat and gain muscle me also prevent new fat gains.
