I know peanuts aren’t great but are they really that bad on Keto? They’re so good and have so few carbs, but bc they're legumes I’m hearing mixed reviews. Help!
Peanuts have more carbs than "keto" nuts (macadamia, Brazil, pecans, etc.) Sugar carbs. Peanuts, in larger quantities, can keep you from burning stored fat/losing weight. I prefer pecans and macadamia nuts.
You can eat eat peanuts, they just have more carbs. I stick to the lower carb nuts such as pecans, macadamia, etc. That way I can add more low carb vegetables for a more balanced diet. You get more food for less carbs for the day.
