I am lost in the my measurement section

The BMI and other values  repeat themselves under ketones and BMI, blood pressure etc. Where do I get these values from? Do I log them monthly? Got back health scale and app, but it Does not appear to link. Any suggestions?

    I just posted a reply to your ketone question, hope it helps. As for entering measurements, do them whenever you want to. This is your journey, your App 🙌 ~  plenty of Apps will give you your BMI or just google for it.
