Day 2 - just started and aiming for 30 net carbs or less

Just wondering how to work fiber in....and my B of a headache started yesterday....how long does that little perk last?

  • I was lucky enough to never experiance the keto flu, so i couldnt tell you that. Eat plenty of the low carb veggies, and you shouldnt have any problems with fiber or constipation. You can eat a ton of spinach  and broccoli and not be near your carb limit

    To combat the Keto Flu, I drank a concoction of pink Himalayan salt, apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and water. Within minutes my headaches would subside. It's mainly about replacing the lost electrolytes and minerals that your body is expelling along with the water weight that you're losing.

    It would also be good to supplement potassium, either through pills or foods (avocado is an excellent source of both potassium and healthy fats), and magnesium.
