Which salt???

I've read on keto sites that Himalayan salt contains more minerals and therefore good for a keto diet.  Another site says these claims have no scientific evidence.  I also thought iodised salt was beneficial, because vegetables in general are containing less nowadays.

Which one is best?

The iodine question briefly crossed my mind last week.  I didn't follow up on it then, but I rarely salted anything until this diet and now I put a little salt and pepper on my boiled egg.  I know they say too much salt is bad, but I also know of two people that ended up in the hospital from low sodium issues.  If you take a multi-vitamin like I do, check it to see if it doesn't include 100% of your daily iodine in it.  If it does, then you should be good with either salt.
