Have been doing keto for a month now and down 4lbs. Still not sure if I have my macros set correctly. Some days I feel like I am doing well and other days I am second guessing if the macros are correct. I'm 49 and in perimenopause so I know my body works differently then someone in their 30's. Any advice would be great.

  • Go over the settings. Make sure you choose keto. There's really not that much difference in ages. It could be a little slower but 1-2# per week is good. Usually you'd lose water weight at first. Are you eating the right foods?
