Amount of Nutrition for 167 lbs

Can someone advise as to the proper amounts of calories,& net carbs for this weight.I am on a 50 net carb intake and have lost about 15 lbs since jan.15th.

Also is there a true calculation for Total Carbs to net carbs.I thought it was Total carbs -Fiber-Sugar...is this correct?

  • I read it's Total Carbs LESS alcohol sugars. I went to the website for lady that wrote the book Simply Keto. She has free calculator. My daughter bought book and it has some awesome recipes too.
