I'm sure that's disappointing. Without being too nosy and asking your starting and goal weight, I would ask what daily calorie goal did you decide on during setup (where the app asked how much you want to lose per week)? Are you keeping your other macros in check, too? Many folks talk about how we don't need to track calories on a keto diet (the idea being that we will be more satisfied with the fat content and less hungry due to low carbs), but calories do count. If I keep my carbs at 20 a day but eat 3000 calories total of protein and fat, I'm still going to gain weight.
