Hello-my first day
hello- my name is Amy and today marks my first day!! I'm not fully clear on the program (mostly still trying to learn what I can eat and how much I need to eat) but will keep reading as much as I can and hope this app will really help guide me as far as what to intake as I'm anxious to begin a successful weight loss journey. I'm open to any and all helpful tips! I've read a lot of success stories and find it very inspiring!

Hi Amy, im fairly new as well. For the first month or so i was learning as i went, reading and educating, finding the ingredients and meals that worked for me as well as keeping track on the app. It took me until the other day to finally reach a keto level intake of macros. Using the app really helps with tracking. You have a daily visual of what you put in your body. I was able to learn from each days intake and make better choices the following days until i finally got to where i needed to be. Good Luck on your journey!
