Low potassium and Vitamin A

Wow, I have made some interesting discoveries thanks to the nutritional analysis on this app, the most worrisome being that I'm not getting nearly enough potassium and vitamin A in my food choices. Any suggestions for low carb foods I could add?

    I now supplement potassium as mine was so low ~ but avocado is brilliant for potassium. I’d have to google vit A other than carrots but they aren’t the best carb friendly veg I love my cabbage 😋

  • Also lite salt for potassium.   A multi vitamin is a good gap filler for all rda’s.

    Avacodo and sea salt. There are some great topical Magnesium products you use on your skin. I don’t like pills....
