If you have the premium version go to the meal planner section. Add in macros and you can ck out pictures of foods. They give you 7 to get a weeks worth. Then you scroll down past the nutritional values and the recipe should appear. Or try one of the sites like diet dr. Pinterest has lots of recipes but most don’t have nutritional information. I just go with eggs for breakfast, salads with chicken or fish at lunch and another protein source with cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli etc. the site Low carb diem has charts for food values .
