Newbie...

I am a 43 year old wife and mom. I have been back and forth starting this journey. Due to change in job and schedule my time in the gym has decreased,  but my eating habits have not. I have gained 10 pounds in the course of a year and a half. Just doesn鈥檛 make me feel good. I have been wanting to get back to my prepregnancy weight ...my son is 10. So i would like to lose about 30 pounds. Ideally i would like to lose 40-50, which would put me at high school weight. After lots of research and conversations with friends, i have decided I am going to start slow..meaning gradually decrease my carb intake while I get used to this lifestyle. I need friends to help me stay on track

  • Very smart.  I have been following "Paleo" for years now and quite honestly, find Keto a bit to rigid.  This is not to say I have not fallen off the wagon from Paleo  but when I follow it and cut way back on carbs and very very little sugar...I do lose weight and feel great!  Good luck!
