First week down! What to expect next?
One week down on Keto and I'm officially down 9.5 lbs! I started off at 176 lbs, first goal is to hit 150 and eventually 130. Only 16 away from that first goal at 166.5. My question to you is, after the first week what was your average weight loss each week? I know it tapers off due to all the water weight lost that first week so curious what I can somewhat expect, considering everyone is a little different.
