Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

0 net carbs (1 total), 5g fat, 0g protein, 44 calories.  Makes 24 servings.

I recommend getting some silicone candy trays to make these in, they come out cute and it's easier to control portions.  You can get them on Amazon or at craft or cooking stores.

2oz creamy peanut butter (Jiff Natural, it's what I had on hand)

1oz coconut oil

2oz coconut butter

2oz cream cheese

4oz butter

3tbsp heavy whipping cream

3tsp Erythritol (or Xylotol or stevia)

Heat HWC in double boiler and dissolve sweetener.  Mix in cream cheese.  Mix in PB.  Add remainder of ingredients, stir till well mixed.  Spoon into candy forms, about 80% full in mine.  Freeze.  Pop out and store in freezer in Ziploc bag.  They don't get really hard.  Will keep for weeks.  Delicious and very filling for so few calories.

    I didn't realize until after the edit window had passed that I copied this recipe from My Foods when it was set at 1/2 piece. So if you follow the recipe and make 24 servings, the calories and all the macros will be doubled.  Sorry about that.
